About Ghareeb Oglu

These Terms & Conditions apply to use of the Ghareeb Oglu online store and to orders placed for delivery or pickup in Egypt. Ghareeb Oglu is operated within Al-Tayseer International for Mills, an Egyptian joint-stock company. Commercial Registration No. 81437.

Business contact address: 2nd Industrial Zone, St. 12 - M, 6th of October, Giza, Egypt. Customer support is available through Hotline 17690, WhatsApp +20 103 494 4444 and info@ghareeboglu.com.

Current statutory supplier registration details, including commercial-registration and tax-registration information, may be requested from customer support before purchase. Nothing in these terms limits information that must be provided under applicable law.

02

Using the store and your account

You may browse without an account. If you create an account or place an order, the information you submit must be accurate, current and yours to use. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the store, payment systems or fulfilment systems from fraud, abuse, security threats or unlawful use.

03

Products and product information

We aim to describe coffee profiles, pack sizes, ingredients, product format and availability accurately. Product photography is intended to represent the item, but packaging artwork may change without changing the material product you ordered.

Tasting notes and flavour descriptions are descriptive and can vary with preparation, water, storage and personal taste. Expiry, storage and other mandatory product information on the physical pack remains authoritative for that unit.

04

Prices, charges and payment

Prices are displayed in Egyptian pounds. The checkout shows the order subtotal, delivery charge and any other amount payable before you confirm the order.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include secure online payment, cash on delivery or cash at pickup. Online payment is processed through the payment provider shown during checkout. We do not treat a browser redirect alone as proof that an online payment succeeded.

You are entitled to a statutory invoice or receipt without extra charge containing the supplier and transaction information required by Egyptian consumer-protection rules.

If a displayed price or total is clearly erroneous because of a technical or data error, we may pause or cancel the affected order and will return any amount actually collected for that cancelled order.
05

Placing, confirming and correcting an order

Submitting an order sends us your request to purchase the selected products at the checkout total. We may need to validate stock, payment status, customer details and delivery coverage before fulfilment.

If you need to correct or modify a distance order, contact us promptly through the same channels available for purchase and support. Where Egyptian distance-contract rules apply, you may correct or modify the order within seven working days from acceptance, using the same method as the purchase, unless you have already received the product or another statutory exception applies.

If an item becomes unavailable, payment cannot be validated, delivery is not possible, or an order is reasonably identified as fraudulent or duplicated, we may reject or cancel the affected order. Any amount collected for a cancelled order will be refunded in accordance with applicable law and the Return & Refund Policy.

06

Delivery and pickup

Delivery availability, destination coverage and delivery pricing are determined at checkout using the current delivery options available to the store. Home-delivery orders may be fulfilled through Bosta. Pickup orders use the pickup location shown at checkout, currently Gateway Mall, El Rehab.

Estimated delivery times are estimates unless a specific date has been expressly agreed. If delivery is delayed beyond a legally relevant deadline, your statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.

07

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Returns, withdrawals, defective products and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy together with mandatory Egyptian consumer-protection rules.

Nothing in these terms removes a right you have because a product is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, not as described or otherwise non-conforming.

08

Promotions, discount codes and bundles

A promotion applies only during its stated period and subject to its displayed eligibility conditions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be converted to cash.

Where a lawful return affects a discounted order, the refund is calculated using the amount actually paid for the returned item after the relevant discount allocation. Any stronger statutory right remains unaffected.

09

Payment, delivery and third-party services

Some parts of the order journey rely on service providers such as payment gateways and delivery companies. Their systems may have separate technical terms or privacy notices.

We remain responsible for our own obligations to you and do not use a third-party provider to exclude any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

10

Brand and intellectual property

The Ghareeb Oglu name, brand assets, product photography, site design, copy and other protected material on this store may not be copied, republished, sold or commercially exploited without permission, except where applicable law allows it.

11

Responsibility and limits

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful. In particular, these terms do not limit mandatory rights relating to product safety, defective or non-conforming goods, fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Egyptian law.

You are responsible for following storage, preparation, allergen and use instructions supplied with the product and for not using a product after its stated expiry date.

12

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our store, payment methods, fulfilment model or applicable law changes. The version published when you place an order applies to that order unless a later change is required by law or is more favourable to you.

13

Applicable law and consumer complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, including Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, its Executive Regulations issued by Prime Ministerial Decree No. 822 of 2019, and the mandatory protections applicable to distance contracts and consumer transactions.

If we cannot resolve a complaint directly, you retain the right to contact the Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency and to use any other remedy available under applicable law. Nothing in these terms requires you to waive a mandatory forum or consumer-protection right.
